leads the routine functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent acquisition strategies.
State licensure, affiliate agreements, and compliance policy development. Works with case managers, parents/guardians, MCO’s. Therap System Administrator.
Assists CEO with the day-to-day activities of the company. Leads and directs staff with the care of our clients. Works with clients, parents, guardians and case managers. Point of contact for those interested in learning more about VIP Quality Services.
Provides administering medication training to staff. Reviews client medical reports and instruct staff on client’s care, health and well-being.
Schedule and attend medical appointments for residential clients. Participates in BASIS.
Day Service Manager
Manages the day-to-day operations of Day Service, clients and staff. Attends Plan and BASIS meetings of Day Service clients.
Manages the day-to-day operations of residential homes, clients and staff. Attends Plan and BASIS meetings of residential clients. Coordinates clients activities and works with parents/guardians.
