leads the routine functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent acquisition strategies.

State licensure, affiliate agreements, and compliance policy development. Works with case managers, parents/guardians, MCO’s. Therap System Administrator.

Assists CEO with the day-to-day activities of the company. Leads and directs staff with the care of our clients. Works with clients, parents, guardians and case managers. Point of contact for those interested in learning more about VIP Quality Services.
