VIP Quality Services is a day and residential services care provider in Olathe, KS. Here at VIP, we are dedicated to realizing the full potential of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We focus on valuing every individual through creativity, self-expression, and social interaction by providing an environment that is respectful, safe, and fun.
Day Services
VIP Quality Services day program is structured to provide a safe and life-enriching environment for our individuals and employees. We offer a range of activities which help to stimulate the minds of our individuals, allow them to express who they are, and convey their creative side. Our day program facility is over 14,000 square feet and contains the space we need to properly run all of the activities we offer.
Residential Services
VIP Quality Services has 4 group homes on the south side of Olathe. Residents participate in daily food preparation, household chores, and extra-curricular activities with Olathe Trailblazers and Olathe Special Populations. VIP also plans weekend day trips to area attractions and events. Staff assists residents with personal care and household responsibilities.

VIPQS goal is to ensure our clients have a rich and fulfilling life. To do this, VIPQS needs staff who enjoy being busy, creative, teaching and helpful to others. VIPQS looks for staff that engages with the clients, developing activities and learning skills that fit with the clients’ needs.
